About Sarah Morgan

Sarah Morgan is an optometrist and staff development consultant who has worked in both independent and multiple practices. She is an expert in the field of effective patient communication and specialises in training staff in optometric practice. Sarah has lectured at a variety of conferences in the UK, Europe, North America and New Zealand. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and is a past Council member, PR officer and Fellow of the British Contact Lens Association. Since 1994 she has been a clinical demonstrator at the University of Manchester where she holds the post of Visiting Lecturer.
