CET now available on CIBA VISION^® website

Practitioners can now gain valuable points towards their mandatory CET requirements through the CIBA VISION website, while at the same time benefiting from world class fitting tips. The presentation “How to optimise presbyopia with contact lenses” given by Pat Caroline at the CIBA VISION Specialist Club meeting in October can now be downloaded from http://cibavisionacademy.co.uk.

Pat Caroline is a world renowned speaker on contact lenses. His presentation reviews the different presbyopic contact lens options available today, the likelihood of success and tips to improve success rates for each.

From January 2007 the GOC will allocate CET points from a range of formats including video based presentations, Webcasts and Podcasts. By viewing the presentation and achieving a minimum pass mark of 60% from the 12 multiple choice questions submitted on-line, practitioners can earn 2 contact lens CET points.
